Co-operative society is a financial institution, it is absolutely necessary for any financial institution to keep the accounts updated regularly as per the specified rules. If the accounts of the organization are not correct, then the organization is not sustainable, there are opportunities for various irregularities including theft and fraud. Therefore, with the aim of making the cooperative societies sustainable and dynamic, the accounting service activities of the cooperative societies are ongoing with the aim of implementing the objectives of CACCO, increasing the activities and helping to properly store the accounts of the cooperative societies. Already several member and non-member societies have adopted this service and expressed their satisfaction with the quality of service. Through this service, the method of maintaining the accounts including preparation of complete accounts following the Co-operative Societies Act, Rules and Accounts Manual is shown by hand and necessary advice is provided.
